Burke Panzarella Rich was created in 1995 by Tom Burke, David Panzarella and Mike Rich. Since the beginning, BPR has dedicated itself to providing effective, flexible and responsive legal representation. The firm is comprised of six attorneys who together have the knowledge and experience necessary to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and civil litigation.
